Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Since there is no flavor or taste, you can simply add 6 drops to any amount of water or liquid of your choice such as juices, smoothies, teas or soups.
Dosage:Adult Immune Support: 6 drops daily
Do not exceed 1.0 oz (600 drops) in a 30 day period.
